All About Vicki Parson:
I am a very happy homemaker with a very supportive husband of over 20 years. I have two grown children trying to make their way in the world. I look forward to retirement with my husband so we can travel and spend time doing all of those things we weren't able to in the past!
I have been papercrafting for many years! I found my love for it when traveling through a craft store and thought it looked fun so I bought a few rubber stamps, markers and paper. (late 80's/early 90s) Thought I could figure it out on my own and dabbled a bit. But in 1998 I was invited to a Stampin' Up! party and it really took off from there! I had been a demonstrator with SU! off and on over a several year period and then found my way to a blog in 2006 and then discovered there was SO much more out there to "play with"! I couldn't just stick with one product line! I have been addicted to sharing my love of crafts online with my blog and now branching out into social media with all of the wonderful papercraft community that I now have come to love.
Since starting a blog in 2006, I have very happily been apart of dozens of company/online company design teams, challenge blog design teams and guest design team terms. I have met so many amazing papercraft people along the way and have endured several years of blog friendships too! I am honored to still engage with those wonderful people today!
Unfortunately, I don't have a "record" of my past websites/blog posts that I've created since 2006 due to changing website platforms, deleting websites and moving around. I have started over each time because I think it's always been something that I want to come back to doing because I enjoy sharing my love for papercrafts so much! :)
I hope that you also enjoy what I share here on my blog as well! I would love to invite you along my crafting journey and get to know you so I can add you to the long line of crafting blog friends that I still know today! Thank you so much for your kind support!
Many people ask about my "creative space" and here are a few "older photos" from when we moved into this house in 2014. I have been wanting to "upgrade" my current situation and maybe I can update these photos soon! So check back!
